		<description><![CDATA[I see from the link to the bill that Sen. Olympia Snowe (R-ME) is co-sponsor.  Recently, I recall, it was Sen. Snowe and her colleague Sen. Collins who insisted on stripping $20 billion for school construction out of the stimulus bill, arguing that they opposed any big new education financing program that would have the federal government influencing how states direct their education efforts.  Hmmm.  Is this irony... or hypocrisy?]]></description>
